In 2000, Premier company successfully developed the suspended plasma lubrication technology, which matched with quantum film additives successfully, and achieved perfect fusion of all synthetic PAO esters and high-performance additives. The deep revelation of synthetic lubricants also marks a revolutionary development in lubricants.

In 2002, It made auxiliary oil for Bentley State Limousine, given as a gift to the British Queen by Bentley Company, equipped with 6.75L twin-turbocharged engine, and became designated special oil for the royal family.

In 2005, after decades of painstaking efforts, the sales volume of "Premier" lubricants accounted for 23% of the market share in the UK and became one of the top ten lubricants brands in the UK.

In 2010, Premier Lube International Lubricating Oil Co., LTD was formally established. The establishment of this subsidiary also marks Premier's comprehensive expansion into the international market

In 2019, Premier United Mollis International Lubricants Co., Ltd. and Shandong Shengpai Lubricants Co., Ltd. formally reached a strategic cooperation, with Shandong Shengpai Lubricants Co., Ltd. fully operating the Chinese mainland market.
